Census

The Challenge

In order to achieve the target response rates for the 2020 Decennial Census, the agency was tasked to identify and onboard various organizations as partners who will help spread the word and promote the 2020 Census in especially hard to count and remote regions/localities.

The Solution

BizArch implemented a customer relationship management platform teaming up with the global consulting leader Accenture and provided a centralized management for partnership onboarding and communications. The platform enabled a mobile CRM app for field specialists on the go. The agency exceeded its Partnership onboarding goal resulting in a highly successful field operations and high response rates for the 2020 Census.

BizArch implemented the ‘Next-GEN’ digital platforms with Artificial Intelligence by automated business processes, leveraging COTS and open-source technologies and interfacing with industry leading visualization platforms for metrics.

Census

The Challenge:

Economic Census is an official measure of the Nation’s business and economy that is conducted every five years. This survey is participated by up to 5M businesses and serves as the statistical benchmark for Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Producer Price Index (PPI).

Census’s customer service interactions were disparate and siloed posing an enormous challenge for Survey Analysts to help Businesses respond on time to the Economic Census. Moreover, the software was built with proprietary code unable to scale up to serve the customers’ cases/questions.

The Solution:

BizArch teamed up with Accenture implemented a COTS Customer Service Platform utilizing PEGA. The platform not only provided a 360-degree view of the customer, but also helped layer the  Business/Organizations into a hierarchy. BizArch helped create an FAQ site for self-support options. After our success in supporting the 2017 Economic Census Operations, the platform onboarded multiple other surveys.

USPTO

The Challenge:

United States Patent and Trademarks Office (USPTO) has an aging legacy Integration Hub that’s nearing end-of-the-life. The medium processes tens of thousands of Patent Applications a day, with inability to scale on-prem on a legacy out of date infrastructure. There was also no centralized monitoring for application processing for any failures / issues.

The Solution:

BizArch teamed up with Accenture to build a horizontally scalable cloud platform that would alleviate the scalability concerns. The platform would provide rapid processing of Patent applications for Patent Examiners to take next steps, will utilize advanced AI/ML mechanisms, automate deployments using DevSecOps and will provide pro-active centralized monitoring for issues / failures.
