Enterprise CRM Modernization & Cloud Migration

The Census Bureau relied on a manual legacy system for handling public inquiries, resulting in inefficiencies and long response times, particularly during high-volume periods. Our team implemented a modern CRM platform using technologies like Pega, Angular, Java, and Oracle, integrating AI-driven automation and advanced case management capabilities.

To ensure scalability and resilience, we migrated the platform to AWS GovCloud, introducing API-based integrations for real-time data sharing across internal systems. This transformation improved response efficiency, enabled intelligent workload management, and significantly reduced manual operations.

Legacy System Replacement & Intelligent Integration

USPTO's aging infrastructure resulted in high maintenance costs and limited system flexibility. We delivered a cloud-native solution using AWS Serverless Technology and Microservices, replacing monolithic systems with a modular architecture.

Key features included RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging, and integration with external systems through real-time data exchange. AWS components like Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and RDS were used to create a reliable, scalable, and secure platform. Additionally, machine learning models improved document conversion and classification accuracy.

Guidance Management System Modernization

The FDA lacked centralized tools to manage the development and tracking of regulatory guidance documents. We collaborated closely with internal stakeholders to develop a Guidance Management System (GMS) on Pega, integrated with SharePoint Online.

The solution included interactive dashboards, automated workflows, timeline tracking, and audit controls, giving FDA teams full visibility into guidance status and timelines. It also improved internal coordination and regulatory compliance.
